Dispatch
All orders are dispatched from our Australian warehouse within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking notification once your order has been dispatched.
Carriers
Pawsure Pets ships via SmartSend, which utilises a network of trusted Australian carriers. The carrier assigned to your order is determined by your location and parcel size to ensure the most reliable delivery.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times following dispatch:
- Metro areas: 2–5 business days
- Regional areas: 3–7 business days
- Remote areas: 5–10 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak periods or due to circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. Remote and regional areas may incur higher shipping costs than metro areas.
International Shipping
We ship internationally. International shipping costs and delivery timeframes are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees applicable in their country.
Tracking
All orders are sent with tracking. Your tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
