Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement

By placing an order with Pawsure Pets ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to every order placed through our Australian storefront.

2. Australian Consumer Law

Our products and services come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any non-excludable consumer guarantee, condition, warranty or right.

3. Orders & Dispatch

Orders are dispatched from our Australian warehouse via National Express Dispatch, insured and tracked. Dispatch timing is indicative and not a strict deadline unless agreed in writing.

4. Returns & Biological Security

Returns are governed by our Shipping & Returns. Items that have been removed from original packaging or used are non-returnable due to strict Biological Security standards.

5. Use of Products

Pawsure systems are designed to support canine behaviour, longevity and wellbeing. They are not a substitute for veterinary diagnosis or treatment. Always supervise chew, dental and enrichment items, and consult your veterinarian on matters specific to your dog.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the supply of equivalent goods, replacement, or refund of the price paid. Nothing in this clause limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia and the state in which our warehouse operates. Any dispute is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts.
