1. Agreement

By placing an order with Pawsure Pets ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to orders placed through our Australian online store.

2. Australian Consumer Law

Our products and services come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any non-excludable consumer guarantee, condition, warranty, right or remedy available under Australian Consumer Law.

3. Orders

When you place an order through Pawsure Pets, you agree to provide accurate customer, delivery and payment information.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where information appears incorrect, payment cannot be processed, stock is unavailable, or fulfilment cannot reasonably be completed.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Pawsure Pets currently ships to Australian customers only.

Orders are shipped from our Australian warehouse using delivery services available for the customer’s location. Delivery options, rates and estimated delivery timeframes are shown at checkout.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on carrier delays, public holidays, location, order volume and seasonal demand.

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Change-of-mind return requests may not be accepted for used, opened, damaged, or hygiene-sensitive pet products.

Nothing in this section limits any rights customers have under Australian Consumer Law.

6. Product Use

Pawsure Pets sells carefully selected dog products for everyday dog care, enrichment, comfort and wellbeing.

Products sold by Pawsure Pets are not a substitute for veterinary diagnosis, treatment or advice.

Customers should supervise dogs when using chew, dental, enrichment or toy products, and should consult their veterinarian regarding any issue specific to their dog’s health, behaviour or condition.

7. Product Information

We aim to ensure product names, descriptions, images, prices and availability are accurate and up to date.

Product colours, sizing, packaging and presentation may vary slightly from images shown online.

If an error appears on the website or at checkout, we may correct the error and contact the customer where required.

8. Third-Party Brands

Pawsure Pets is a multi-brand retailer. Some products are sold under their original third-party brand names.

Where Bulldoggy Co products appear on Pawsure Pets, they are presented as a third-party brand stocked by Pawsure Pets. Pawsure Pets does not own, operate or create Bulldoggy Co.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the remedies available under Australian Consumer Law, including replacement, repair, refund or supply of equivalent goods where applicable.

Nothing in this clause limits any non-excludable rights customers have under Australian Consumer Law.

10. Website Use

Customers must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit false information, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

Any dispute is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland and Australia.
