Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on unused, unopened items in their original packaging.
1. Returns
Customers may contact Pawsure Pets if they need help with a return request. Return eligibility depends on the product condition, reason for return, and applicable consumer law.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, customers should contact Pawsure Pets through the Contact page as soon as possible and include:
Order number
Photos of the item
Photos of the packaging, if relevant
Description of the issue
3. Change of Mind
Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on unused, unopened items in their original packaging. Return postage is the esponsibility of the customer.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.
5. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes customer rights under Australian Consumer Law. Our products come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
